The total of 27 pit-houses and 2 post-supported structures (storages) dated to the period were revealed. Evidences that fishing activities were carried out around this area such as dishes, fish net sinkers, and salt making pots were also found in the ruins of houses. The shape of sinkers shows similarity to those found in the Setouchi region.
