Overview
Shibahara Rikitaro devoted himself to road maintenances for more than 60 years since when he thought the conditions of roads had to be improved in 1898. He was named honorary citizen of Inasa Town (present Inasa-cho, Kita-ku, Hamamatsu) on March 21, 1968.
