Hamamatsu Literary Memorabilia Museum (Hamamatsu Bungeikan) was founded in 1989. Its missions are to collect and to preserve works of great writers related to Hamamatsu and Enshū region for future generation. The museum directs projects that encourage citizens to participate in cultural activities.
 
Contents
As well as holding exhibitions, it publishes a magazine of collective works by citizen. In addition, literature education programs such as Introduction to Haiku and Japanese Poem Readings Ceremony are available here.
